Happy December!

Hi everyone.
Welcome to December. I do have some great dishes planned for this month, although I am probably not going to be doing a lot of Holiday baking. I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season and staying safe during this crazy and hectic time. As always, here's to good food and good times.

Pizza and a Margarita

I did not cook today, but we did an enjoy a Big New Yorker Pizza from Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut orginally came out with the Big New Yorker around 2000. It was discontinued for awhile and was brought back a year or two ago. When it was orginally out, we would get one on Saturday nights and then watch a show that was on tv at the time called The Others . I was so excited when Pizza Hut brought them back as it always reminded of those Saturday nights. The margarita recipe I used today was featured in Eat Like A Gilmore: Daily Cravings. An Unoffical Cookbook for Fans of Gilmore Girls, With 100 New Recipes by Kristi Carlson. The recipe was well written and easy to follow. I did only make half a recipe as the orginal recipe made 3-4 margaritas. I usually do not care for margaritas, but these were pretty good.
