Street Taco Dinner

Today, I made street tacos with rice and beans. The recipes for the chicken, rice, and beans came from Trejo's Tacos: Recipes and Stories from L.A. by Danny Trejo and Hugh Garvey. The beans I made was actually the Cheesey Bean Dip, but is good on ita own as well. I made the Spanish rice and the grilled chicken. I served the girlled chicken on corn tortillas with cilantro and onions. I also made the Mojo sauce from The Castle Rock Kitchen by Theresea Carle-Sanders and drizzled it on top of the tacos.
