Oktoberfest Panini

I recently purchased a new cookbook for the panini press. The first sandwhich we are trying out of it is The Oktoberfest Panini. The sandwhich is made with bratwurst, sauerkraut, homemade tomotato sauce and mustard. We did make the sauce a day ahead, but overall it was an easy sandwhich to make. We paired it with the Deli Potato Salad from The Castle Rock Kitchen.
